Who for

Tsarà wants to help renal insufficient people in Madagascar. We believe that anyone, mostly the most deprived or fragile person, should have the hope of a better future. Tsarà’s support is mainly intended for renal insufficient people who don’t have the financial means to follow a treatment or dialysis sessions.

With a population of 25 million inhabitants in 2018, Madagascar is seeing its number of renal insufficient people rising very rapidly (numbers to come). Out of the several thousand of people officially reported as ill, only 86 are benefitting from patient care in dialysis centers, all located in Antananarivo (versus 71 people in 2008).*
